oooküche [pronounced ,,ooh koo-hyuh'' is the spoon of artist Sisi Savidge.

 This is a kitchen created by Sisi Savidge focusing on zero waste, seasonal cookery. Rooted in experiential dining informed by an arts education and many years producing events, and having grown up learning how to nurture produce, oooküche lives at the intersection of performance and mindful consumption.
